PLEASE NOTE: Pursuant to the Oklahoma Administrative Code 365:25-3-1 (f) (8) Course Completion Forms must be submitted to the Department within 10 business days of course completion otherwise a $50 late fee will be assessed for each violation of the Administrative Code.

In order to comply with regulations imposed by the Department of Insurance, please email your credit requests to orders@nicta.org, within three (3) business days of completing each course. If you do not comply, you will be billed $50 for each late course submission.
